We always want you to be 100% happy with your purchase of our handmade goods, and we’re always more than happy to provide returns or exchanges to make sure you get exactly what you want.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if you were not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:
- Originals receipts would need to be included.
- All item(s) must be returned and in the original packaging.
- Leather goods should have no scuff marks, scratches, or signs of wear.
- Non-personalized items post-dated within 7 business days of the delivery date of the order.
- Personalized items: We do not accept returns for personalized items unless there is an issue with the product. It is very unlikely as each piece is handmade, inspected, and photographed before leaving our workshop, but if for any reason there is an error or defect in material or manufacturing, we will accept a return on personalized items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, replacement, or credit. All returns must come back to us in the original packaging.
- Sale item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable.
If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

- Mail us your parcel via a traceable mode of postage.
- Wait for our email confirmation and you will be notified once your return is received and/or refunded. Generally, the processing period is 5 working days upon receipt of your parcel.
- All requests for returns will be refunded via the payment method originally used.
- No refunds will be given for delivery charges incurred in the original, returned and onward shipping charges of exchanged items.
- However, if any of the products received is deemed defective or a wrong shipment, FoxTrailCraftworks.com will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you. Please note that all exchanges are subjected to stock availability and whilst we try to ship a replacement item(s) back to you, we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value or providing online store credits or any other methods at the discretion of FoxTrailCraftworks.com.
- No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items.
- All returns and exchanges made via our online store at www.FoxTrailCraftworks.com would need to be shipped to:

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once.
- We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order.
- Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.
- Fox Trail Craftworks makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.
- All decisions made by Fox Trail Craftworks are final.
