We want you to love your handmade item from Fox Trail Craftworks. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review the guidelines below and email us at info@foxtrailcraftworks.com to start a return or exchange.


Standard Return Window

  • We offer a 30‑day return policy for non‑custom items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Personalized & Custom Orders

  • Personalized and custom items (e.g., engraved or made-to-order pieces) are non‑returnable unless there is a defect or error in workmanship or materials.
  • If a custom item arrives defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photos and order details for a replacement or refund.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

  • Many of our products are handcrafted using natural materials. Slight variations in color, pattern, or texture are part of their character and are not considered defects or grounds for return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@foxtrailcraftworks.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  2. If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to ship your package.
  3. Returns must be shipped using a traceable method, preferably USPS Ground Advantage, unless otherwise agreed. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we sent a defective or incorrect item.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom products (unless defective)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing wear, damage, or alterations after delivery

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and make a new purchase once your return is accepted.


Bulk & Corporate Orders

If you provide us with a logo or trademark for personalization (e.g., corporate gifts), you confirm you have rights to use it and grant us permission to reproduce it solely for your order. See our Terms of Service for more details.


European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. This does not apply to personalized or custom-made products.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@foxtrailcraftworks.com.
