Welcome to Fox Trail Craftworks! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how we operate our store and website, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. Many of our products are handcrafted using natural materials. This means that variations in color, pattern, or texture are normal and part of the uniqueness of handmade items. These variations are not considered defects.
We make every effort to describe and photograph products accurately, but we cannot guarantee exact color or appearance on your screen. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We may limit sales or quantities on a case-by-case basis.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only after payment is processed and confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we need to cancel or modify an order, we’ll contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy carefully — custom and personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
4. Prices and Billing
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, or other applicable fees unless stated.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that:
- The payment information you provide is accurate and authorized for use.
- You agree to pay all applicable charges (including taxes and shipping).
- Any promotions or discounts may be subject to separate terms.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We primarily ship via USPS Ground Advantage and offer optional upgrades such as USPS Priority Express at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once your package is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or events beyond our control. For details, see our Shipping Policy.
6. Custom Logos and Trademarks
If you provide us with a logo, trademark, or other design for personalization (e.g., bulk corporate gifts), you represent and warrant that you have all rights to use that design. By providing it, you grant Fox Trail Craftworks a limited license to reproduce it solely for fulfilling your order.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims or damages related to our use of designs you supply, including trademark or copyright infringement claims.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our site — including trademarks, images, product descriptions, and designs — belongs to Fox Trail Craftworks or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
