Thank you for ordering from Fox Trail Craftworks! Each item is handmade in Florida, so shipping times may vary slightly depending on current order volume and custom requests. Here’s what to expect:

Order Processing

  • Most orders ship within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • If we’re taking a short break (e.g., attending an event), this will be noted on our website and included in order confirmations.
  • Custom or made‑to‑order items may require additional time; we’ll email you with an estimated ship date.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

  • We ship via USPS Ground Advantage (approx. 2–5 business days) or USPS Priority Express (approx. 1–3 business days) after processing.
  • Delivery estimates are for U.S. orders only. For international orders, please see our eBay store or contact us directly.
  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
  • If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days, check your spam folder or email us at info@foxtrailcraftworks.com.

Address Changes

  • Need to update your shipping address? Email us at info@foxtrailcraftworks.com with your order number as soon as possible.
  • If the order has already shipped, we’re unable to reroute it.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

Our items are handcrafted, and slight variations in color, size, or finish are part of their character. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges unless otherwise stated in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Issues with Your Order

If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right:

  • Missing, incorrect, or defective items – Email us with your order number and a photo (if applicable).
  • Lost packages – If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us for assistance.

International Orders

We currently fulfill international orders through our eBay store. This ensures accurate customs processing and shipping rates.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express. At this time, we do not accept bank transfers.
